We offer a free 7-day trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all channels and features included in your chosen plan. The trial automatically expires after 7 days; you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only — not renewals.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please include your registered email address and approximate purchase date. We process all refund requests within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Contact support if you need help cancelling.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not apply in the following situations:
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment.
- The account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing credentials, circumventing region restrictions).
- A chargeback has been initiated with your bank — please contact us directly instead.
